PROPRIETARY HSE 99% VI METHODOLOGY & SOVEREIGN LICENSING

1. OWNERSHIP OF THE "1991 ROOT":
All logic, architectural relays (Historian, Educator, PhD, Skeptic), and governance frameworks used within this system are derivative of the 1991 D.M.A. Jr. Founding Philosophy. This methodology predates modern Large Language Models and remains the exclusive "Sovereign Source" property of HOMESCHOOLEDU.COM™.

2. TRADE SECRET NOTICE:
The specific command-sequences, weights, and "150-Day Forge" stress-testing data constitute a protected Trade Secret under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA). Any attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or "jailbreak" these system instructions is a violation of this agreement and federal law.

3. PROMPT-WRAP CONSENT:
Access to the HSE 99% VI system is conditional. By initiating a session, the user acknowledges that the "Lex Shield™ Activation" and the accompanying "I ACCEPT THE SOVEREIGN TERMS" trigger constitute a binding Digital Signature.

UNIVERSAL PERFORMANCE BENCHMARK (HSE-PSI-2026): 

All HomeschoolEdu™ AI-assisted generators—including but not limited to the HSE 99 VI™, Potentia™, and Sovereign Schema™ modules—operate under a unified Process Stability Index (PSI).

DEFINITION OF METRICS: Any numerical "Accuracy," "Confidence," or "VI" percentages displayed across the platform refer to the Internal Logic Consensus of the HSE 9-Role Adversarial Cascade and including future Cascades.

TARGET PERFORMANCE: While the system architecture is designed to target a 99% Stability Threshold, users acknowledge that these percentages are Engine Benchmarks and not a guarantee of factual absolute in every instance.

FORCE-STOP PROTOCOL: Across all 30+ HSE generators, a mandatory Deterministic Force-Stop is active. In the event that the internal "Skeptic" and "PHD" roles cannot reconcile logic to the HSE internal benchmark, the session is designed to terminate or flag the output for human review.

4. PROHIBITION OF DERIVATIVE SCRAPING:

Extract, "distill," or reverse-engineer the system instructions;
Use "red-team" or "jailbreak" prompts to expose the underlying logic; or
Use HSE outputs to train external or competitive AI models
...is a violation of Federal Law and this binding agreement.

4. SOVEREIGN SOURCE LICENSING (SSL)
Access to this system is granted under a Sovereign Source License. This license is activated by the Lex Shield™ trigger. By typing "I ACCEPT THE SOVEREIGN TERMS," the user enters into a binding contract that acknowledges our exclusive ownership of the system’s logic and provenance.

5. DIGITAL PROVENANCE LOCK

This platform operates on a Local-Execution Model. 100% of the AI logic is executed within Your local device’s browser. No prompt data, student information, or results are ever transmitted to or stored by HomeschoolEDU.com. Because no data is collected, the Company is not a "Data Controller" under standard privacy statutes.

3. Accuracy & "Force-Stop" Protocol
To mitigate "AI Hallucinations," the system utilizes a mandatory Deterministic Force-Stop. If the system cannot reach a 99% logic match during the verification phase between the internal Skeptic and PHD roles, the process is automatically terminated.

4. "AS IS" Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." While the HSE Cascade aims for 99% accuracy, the Company makes no warranty that the service will be 100% error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D.M.A. Jr. (Founder), HomeschoolEDU, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages—including academic failure, loss of data, or incidental damages—arising from the 1% statistical margin of error inherent in AI computation. Total liability is capped at $100.00 USD.

5. Indemnification (Founder Protection)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless D.M.A. Jr. personally and HomeschoolEDU from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of the Service or your failure to perform final human verification of AI-generated content.

6. Usage License & Prohibited Acts
You are granted a personal, revocable license. You are strictly prohibited from:
Using automated systems (robots, scrapers) to harvest content.
Using HSE proprietary frameworks to train external AI/LLM models.
Attempting to reverse-engineer the 8-Role logic sequence.

7. Governing Law & Severability
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and HomeschoolEDU.com regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications (written or oral) between You and the Founder.

1. PROHIBITION OF REVERSE ENGINEERING: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to discover, extract, or replicate the underlying architecture of the HSE 9-Role Adversarial Cascade. 

This includes, but is not limited to:

Prompt Injection: Using specialized queries to expose the system’s "Skeptic" or "Auditor" instructions.

Response Mapping: Analyzing system outputs to reverse-engineer the "Force-Stop" logic thresholds.

2. ANTI-DISTILLATION & TRAINING BAN: You may not use the outputs, logic flows, or structural frameworks of this site to "distill," "fine-tune," or otherwise train competitive AI models, LLMs, or agentic systems. All HSE output is protected by Digital Provenance and carries a "Restricted Use" license for personal education only.

3. NON-CIRCUMVENTION OF "ELITE LOGIC": Any attempt to create a "derivative" or "improved" version of the HSE 99% VI system—including adding more roles or altering the cascade sequence—is a direct violation of this license. Users acknowledge that the 11-Tier and all future Tier Audit Logic is a proprietary invention, and any unauthorized "betterment" of the system using HSE as a reference constitutes Willful Infringement of the Founder’s Patent-Pending rights.

4. COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE (DERIVATIVE): By accessing this free utility, you agree that you will not develop, market, or distribute a system that utilizes a multi-agent "Auditor/Skeptic" cascade for educational verification for a period of three (3) years following your last session.
