2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Systems

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to the Potentia™ system, Learning Quests™, and all proprietary educational frameworks—are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Personal Use License: We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our homeschooling resources for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Prohibited Use: You may not sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any materials found on the Website. Redistribution of our systems as your own work is strictly prohibited.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our 20-year educational legacy:

No Scraping: You may not use any automated system (robots, scrapers, etc.) to harvest content from this Website.
